	LEAD Institute Partner with LEAD Institute to maximize your staff’s full leadership potential. This year-long leadership development program is for nonprofits serving the diverse communities of Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. Read more on the LEAD Institute webpage.
	Workshops Take advantage of our calendar of webinars and workshops offered by CNE and others. Access recordings and material from CNE Trainings.
	Resources & RFPs Explore resources to strengthen your nonprofit, such as an Organizational Development Grant, coaching and peer groups for executive directors, training toolkits and roundtables for boards of directors, current RFPs (requests for proposals) and grant opportunities, plus searchable online learning libraries.
